We study end to end process of procure to pay, order to cash cycles to identify weak controls, eliminate duplication of work, focus on work simplification and better tracking mechanisms. This will also result in back office efficiency and enable the organisation to face departmental audits and assessments with ease.
CEO Dashboard – Management Information System (MIS): We build MIS by understanding organizational requirements with available data, improvise configurations in existing software and design standard operating practices to provide insight into business and consequently analyse trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Outsourcing
We provide accounting services on day-to-day financial accounting, Payroll, End-to-End Statutory Returns Filing such as GST, TDS, TCS, ESI, PF, PT and Company Secretarial Compliance. We help companies in Tax Planning for Direct and Indirect Tax to save taxes ethically. Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet in accordance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards and Income Tax Act. Advise on Taxation matters relating to all Direct and Indirect Taxes including customs benefit schemes, like DEPB, Duty Drawback, advance authorization scheme and many more.
Indirect Taxations Compilation of data and filing of tax returns for GST. Direct Taxation: Preparation of data and filing of TDS, TCS and Income Tax returns and advise on taxation matters pertaining to direct taxation
Picture Trademark and Brand registration services along with incorporation of a company Limited Liability Partnership. drafting of partnership deed, structuring of a company, mergers and acquisitions.
Strategy
Formulating Business Plans: We strategise, research and help in formulating the business plans, Business Risk Assessment Complete financial health check-up. Just as we go for master health check-up for our body to be fit and fine, which is a must for every business as finance is the life line of any business organisation for survival and growth by analysing every item of financial statements by identifying weak areas and design road maps for corrections and improvements.
We have studied the system architecture of “Tally” and “SAP Business One” which are widely used ERP Softwares and take up implementation projects for changeover from legacy system by understanding the AS-IS process and drafting TO-BE process in consultation with management.
Training
We provide training to in-house accountants on accounting concepts, accounting software such as Tally, SAP and Tax compliance.
Alongside we also provide basic training on MS EXCEL and its formula usage, email etiquette and soft skills training on communication.
